The 5K will start & end at:

Cornelius, OR
TIMING, AWARDS & PRIZES

​All participants will be timed through a professional timing system.
Awards will be made to top three male and female finishers in age groups and categories.
WATER, FIRST AID,
& RESTROOMS
In an effort to follow best sustainability practices and make smart choices, this is a "Bring Your Own Bottle" event! We will supply water stations to re-fill your water bottles. There will be no water bottles available for purchase.

Water will be available in recyclable cups to particiapnts at mid course and to everyone at the awards site after the race. Medical personnel will be onsite. There will be no porta potties along the route, but restrooms will be open in Echo Shaw Elementary near the registration table.

INSURANCE

Race events are insured and sanctioned by Road Runners Club of America(RRCA). Each partiicpant must submit an event-specific participant waiver and release of liability form with the registration application. For your convenience, these forms are embedded in the online registration application.

ROUTE MARKINGS &

Signs and volunteers to direct participants will be at intersections along each route, and mile/km markings will be posted for 5k course.
Please run only two abreast on the roads and sidewalks, and alert runners and walkers ahead of you when you are about to pass. Pass only on the right side of oher runners or walkers.
Please don't litter. If you bring something in when you arrive, be sure to take it out when you leave.
