Sponsors for the Team UP for Students! 5K Fun Run & Walk

 

Thank you for your interest in joining with Washington County Educators to create the schools our students deserve.   Proceeds from the event will go directly towards student supplies and classroom materials in Washington County. This year's proceeds will go to support Fern Hill Elementary School in Forest Grove.

 

• Sponsorship:                 

  • Platinum                                                                                                                                                                              $300
    Platinum sponsorship offers your company maximum exposure with your name and logo (which you provide) on our starting banner and mile markers. It also includes your logo on our T-shirts, website, and flyers. You may also provide company materials in our race bags.

  • Gold                                                                                                                                                                                     $200
    Gold sponsorship includes your company name and logo (which you provide) on our T-shirts, website, and flyers. You may also provide company materials in our race bags.

  • Silver                                                                                                                                                                                   $100
    Silver sponsorship includes your company name and logo (which you provide) on our website and flyers. You may also provide company materials in our race bags.

  • Bronze                                                                                                                                                                                 $50
    Bronze level sponsorship allows you to provide company materials in our race bags.
     

• Booth

  • A 10'x10' grass space on the Echo Shaw Elementary field. Vendor provides table, tent, and electricity. Minimum suggested Bronze sponsorship and/or raffle donation items. Contact teamupforstudents@gmail.com if you would like to have a booth at the event.

• Raffle Donation

  • Raffle tickets will be sold during the event to win donated items.  We suggest your donation of an item for the raffle holds a minimum $25 value. Contact  at teamupforstudents@gmail.com if you would like to make a raffle donation.
